Tried to relog out of steam and check download que? Just gave it a shot. Shutdown Steam and reopened it. Nothing in the steam downloads and the same as before in the game, the mods are there but they don't download, workshop mods not downloading.
I don't know if it's related but on the main screen when you open the game there's the Steam Workshop section. Clicking on any of the items does nothing. And clicking the "Steam Workshop" banner makes workshop mods not downloading clicking noise like it should do something, but it doesn't.
The link to the wiki also does nothing. Another thing I noticed, the steam overlay doesn't open when I'm in the game. I just figured out why the workshop mods weren't downloading!
I have automatic updates in steam limited to 6amam in the morning. Apparently that affects the workshop as well as the usual game updates.
